What a shame, another mistake on Samsung's part. It is bad enough that they were short sighted enough to not include bluetooth, but the incredibly late release date will outdate the i550 months before it is even released. Lets hope they enable EVDO, or it will certainly be pretty useless to release a 1rtt device with EVDO turned on.

I talked to a Sprint Store Manager this last weekend, she tells me January release for the i550.

Fockatca keyboard or not, I'l take a Treo 650.

A PDA in the hand is worth two that are still in development.

(but will be worth half as much when the other two are released) :)

Decisions, decisions. Although I plan to get the Treo 650, the Samsung is really my 1st choice. I came to Treo from the Samsung a600 and loved the camera features. Although I would be giving up the builtin keyboard, I would be getting a flash with the i550. Which transplates to me much better picture and lighting quaility.

So Treo 650 look out, cuz if I"m not in love by the time the Samsung Smartphone finally rolls out -- it's Ebay for you! :)
