OK I've got a 300 and when I get an SMS from anyone it says no caller ID
has anyone ever seen this happening before. I spoke with a visio tech he said he didn't know and to take it into the store. they looked at it and sais they didn't know and that they would ahve told me to call a vison tech Then the guy said thay would order a replacement and have a new one in 5 days.
Does this even sound like it could be a hardware issue?

On a side note the phone is now telling me the Llfe timer mintes are 71585786 this figures out to over 136 years.

Anyone with a treo 300 or has had one in the past. please help me out here. I went into a sprint store last week after talking to the vision tech and the store said we don't know but we will swap it out for you.

Today I got the new one (refurb) and it does the same thing. this time when I call vision support the guy says that the 300 should not show me the info and should show me no caller ID. and the store shouldn't have swapped out phones.

Somebody on here has to have a 300 so please tell me what you get when a text message comes in.

Thanks

Only messages from Sprint users will show up with their actual number to reply to. All other users will show up as "No Caller ID"
