I am currently dealing with a rep from exec services about recurring billing issues, and she fixed a lot of stuff, but not everything, so i need to get back to her, and none of the numbers listed in the faq's work anymore!
Does anyone have an updated number?

I really can't say I'm surprised. People run to Exec services for every little thing. I'm not saying you did, but everytime someone has a billing problem, people advise them to call exec services.
Exec services is a last line of defense, after you have exhausted all other means and still cant get resolution.
Think about it...they would be called Customer Care if they were there to resolve all billing and plan problems.

Who cares where a person goes. If the idiots that are csr would do thier job correctly than maybe nobody WOULD be calling overland KS. If I call CS and can not get it fixed then dam right I'm going to the top. They make 160 a month just from my account so I myself want it fixed yesterday.. You don't like people like me then go to at&t.

Wow and you wonder why they disconnected the number??!! Do you honestly think you are the ONLY customer Sprint has?? Just because you spend $160 a month, doesnt make you any more special than the customer who spends $30 a month. :rolleyes:

Call 1-800-829-0965 you will get a couple of voice prompts asking for location then reps name....if not sure just keep sayin "representative" until you get connected to an operator....it may get frustrating but be patient...you will get through

this number is to executive services...it was actually given to me by a CS rep this morning...all i had to do was ask for it!!!And i know it goes to them because i had to call them today about a situation of mine that im going through
