If someone has their MSL, but needs their SPC (supposed one-time use only code) how can they get the SPC?

If you have the MSL, you shouldnt need the one time.. the MSL is the MASTER subsidy lock.

I'm guessing that what you have is actually the one time

No, I have the MSL, not the SPC. Trying to use a Qualcomm program, its asking for the SPC, and I think its because its assuming that I am setting up a new phone, and doenst need or use the MSL.

well the MSL is the Master Subsidy Lock, and the one time lock code is commonly refered to as the OTKSL One Time Key Security Lock.

I have no clue as to what an SPC is, maybe ask Deval or someone else who's a tech.

From what I can tell, its Qualcomm's program that programs the chip and the phone.

I have no clue as to what an SPC is, maybe ask Deval or someone else who's a tech.Not a tech but SPC stands for Service Programming Code and is a one time code like an MSL for the first time programming of a CDMA phone by the customer so that the carrier doesn't have to give out the MSL. I haven't ever seen one posted here for any phone.

SPC is the code used by the Qualcomm PST program that unlocks the phone for factory programming purposes. Once a phone is delivered to a customer, they install their own software in the phone and certain programs in QPST can't properly read the phones NV anymore.

Premiere shows the SPC along with the MSL, but good luck getting a rep to give this info. Maybe if you act real nice and tell him he can have your sister.
