Has anyone rearranged the 10025 PRL like jaminmc did with the 10023 and 10024 prls?

If what I read about it is true both here and on HoFo, then there's probably no need for a custom PRL, sounds like SPCS released this to fix issues with different phones roaming differently.

Could be... But if someone could view the PRL I'm sure we could tell. I would, but I don't know how to view the PRL.
