Checking text messages online?

Hey all! Would it be possible to check Sprint pcs text messages online somehow? Reason being that due to the nature of my job we are not allowed to bring in cell phones to work, but we have access to computers. So I want to be able to go online and check my text messages there. Any ideas?

No. You used to be able to check shortmail msgs online but not anymore...that goes for both text and shortmail.

Yup, I think that was how my first ever post was... digging up a very old thread heheh...

But to answer the question, no you can't check Sprint moble text messages online.

At one time, I believe sprint was doing an upgrade, you could see past outgoing and incoming text messages. If texts could be online for customers to see then, why cant we see them now? If they were visible once there has to be a way to see them again....

I thought sprint had a feature where you could have texts emailed.... maybe that was someone else....

Any of these feature would be great but I've only seen an internet to phone text feature- heck even SU has that :)

Sprint did have some log of your text messages but I believe it was removed from the customers access.

One reason people complained about it was that another person who got access to the account could read any line's text history with the account level password. Plus with people like paris hilton using easy to guess passwords, its fairly easy to guess till you get it right!

I found a forum online that said there is a way to read your text messages online at sprint.com but they removed it. A comment from one of the sprint techs said, "It is a highly sophisticated program that is in control of allowing customers to see their text messages online. Only a handful of people know the codes." There was also a comment about how a guy hacked into his wife's account and found out she was cheating on him. (maybe she should have looked into the text feature online a little more. Way to ruin it for the rest of us)

get google voice, have all your texting go through google voice then you will have a log.

Google Voice does allow online texting from your GV number.
