And what makes you "qualify" for it? I have a plan that's over 18 months old. What would happen if I got an SMS enabled phone and got an SMS Package?

My plan:
$55/mo, 600 AT, UL N/W, AAP, Unlimited Vision, UL PCS-PCS, N/W start at 9
