so last night around 4 in the morning i changed my pcs vission password and username and i opened my phone and it says UPDATING YOUR PHONE'S SETTINGS, PLEASE WAIT... OR PRESS END TO CANCEL

so im waiting right and nothings happen so i go back to bed and now its 7:45 in the morning, and its still "updating" should i just let it be?

(oh my other post on my problem has been moved so for those of u who know, this problem goes a lot deeper)
