My t608 joystick is broken. I am unclear as to wether or not sprint will replace it, if it is with in a year. My concern is that there is a large scrape on the phone and the sprint store will say "sorry you dropped it", babye.
If I understand Lockline's policy correctly they will replace it.

As far as I know, the broken joystick isn't on the warranty list, but that could be that it hasn't been reported yet.

Take it to a Sprint store, see what will happen.

If you take it to a Sprint store they will tell you that physical damage is not covered. Call lockline.
