There is validity to the green 8200.. doin a search for sku reconditioned phones it does pop up a green 8200

i think it depends on the store and if they have any and if there is a problem with yours...try selling urs and getting a used one of ebay

If you're in your 14 days, you can exchange. If you're not... then you're out of luck. You'll have to buy a green one yourself.
