I'm so lost right now. I had a $1.55 credit on my eBay account, and they charnged my bank account recently 1.55 and charged me all of these fees that I don't understand why I have. Can anyone help me out there? :furious:

i think u have them becoz the money that they tried out of your bank was not there and they charged you $15.00 for that
