I'm having a slight problem with my cell phone, my Sanyo SCP-5300 keeps saying it needs a plug-in for me to run any .jad i try to upload to it... any suggestions?

Take it to a Sprint store and have the firmware flashed to the newest one. I think it's 1.038SP

To get your answer, you can either go to Search and type in plug-in and read the results or you can go to the Frequently Asked Questions and read Deval's explanation of the plug-in error message there. Either way, you will get the info you need if you look for it. For a complete answer, you might want to do both of the above. If you do, you will understand both .jad files and also the plug-in error message.

I figured it out, I download the .jad files directly instead of creating GCDs (which is how my other phone had to do it). Thanks for the help anyways ^_^

oh, and the local sprint store dosn't have a machine to flash it or even check the phone anymore. :-P
