Hey All...... I just downloaded 2 ringtones from the SPCS Website and I hate them! They are very short and not loud enough at all. How can I get a refund for these purchases? I searched the forums, but had no luck. Thanks for your help! Brian

go online to sprints website. log on to your acct. and go to your content manager. Then go the ringer you want to get a refund for and it should have a link that says request a refund. click on that link and then it will ask you for the reason and fill that in and click ok and it will be credited.
