on the pcs mail it gives u an option to add other external emails. i added my email that i have from my service provider and put all the information in right. when i log on to vision and i go to other mail it won't let me access the mail. it says "mail server not responding at this time please try again later." i've been tryin to get this to work for a few months. i called tech support and they really didn't know what to do. anyone have any suggestions?

I just got my phone recently and am having the same problem.

Are y'all currently using POP access (for that service provider) on your computer?
