Something I havent seen is the answer to some peoples questions on what formats you can download to what phones. Has anyone seen a list that shows all the Sprint phones and what formats they take? Mostly because the new phones take different formats in some cases, and the old phones dont take some of the current formats.....
Can people list their phones, and others if they know, of the formats for their ringers, wallpapers, games, utilities, etc???
Thanks!

Since 49 people have viewed this post and no one has replied, maybe its because no one understands what I am asking for. Lets try this...
I know that the Audiovox pm8920 can accept the following:
Ringers: mid, qcp
Wallpaper/Screensavers: png, jpg
Games/Utilites: jar
I know that the MM-A700 can play aac's.
I know that the Uproar can play mp3's.
Thats the kind of thing I am looking for. Not just for myself, but for newbies, and others just searching for answers that have gone unasked.
Would someone else mind posting their info as well?
Thanks!

I know that T-Moblies Samsungs and maybe other brands under T-Mobile uses the "mmf" format. I don't know what that means, but I think it's a knock off of "mid" ringtones. Because the sounds and tunes played by them were polyphonic. They place voice tones too, but I didn't catch that format.

on D-D-N.com there is a phone compatability chart that briefly lists what the phones can do.
SprintUsers.com was created in January 2002 as a resource for users of Sprint PCS products and services to learn about and share information. We have cll phone reviews, Cellular Accessories, Downloads, PDA reviews, Ringtones, all of the latest Sprint PCS news and information, an area where you can find help in creating a ring tone or custom image for you phone, and so much more. The most popular section is the message board where visitors can read and write messages, ask questions, and get advice about their cellular phone from other users.
