Phone is ok, but the ringer is not loud enough and will only play melodies - not a regular phone ringer. Cannot download a regular ringing sound either. The melodies blend in too much with music and background noise and are impossible to hear. Sprint customer service was no help - they cannot suggest any of their other phones that have an actual ringer like my old startac, samsung, etc., had. Guess it is time to try one of the other services.
