1) get into car/bus
2) goto nearest sprint store
3) wait on line for 20 min to tell USR you need phone flashed/refurbished
4) leave phone with TSR for 1 hour
5) pick up new reseted phone
or if you just want to reset it, goto your security menu and put in the lock code and there is an option for that

for some reason i cant remember the damn lock code!!!--oh well thanks for the info on the paragragh after the step by step bs...

normally its the last 4 digits of the phone number, or you will be finding yourself waiting in line at the Sprint store to get it...then my instructions would come in handy :hee:

I dont know if this would work, but when I searched the web, I found this:
hit ##096295 to go into the service mode, choose option 2 for General, and scroll thru, there should be a listing for lcok code, and it should be visible to you.
Be careful though, any time you use any of the command codes (starting with ##), you are taking your chances.
If it were me, I would be in line complaining about the wait at the Sprint PCS store already though.
