I use phone Audiovox VI600. I cannot find out how to customize the pix I have to the people in my phone book. Can anyone help? :confused:

I have the same question, since on the Sprint website it is listed as one of the features, but it is not very intuitive if it exists!

Well, I did get a opportunity to speak to a representative at sprint. I spent about a half hour on the phone with the guy back and fourth trying to get it to work. Like on other phones with customizable pictures in your phone book, there is supposed to be a line dedicated to personal images from your screen savers or saved pix list. With the Vi600, that option isn't available.
Well after about a half hour the guy apologized to me on behalf of Sprint and then told me if that feature was that important to me, he could give me a list of phones to upgrade to. As if I was making a big deal out of nothing. I said no thanx and that was it.
I think they should do more though. It's listed on the list of features below the display phone in the sprint store, it's listed on the box the phone comes in, but the phone don't have that feature. Whatever.
Anywayz, I got another phone. My VI600 was stolen on the Metro. My room mate ended up giving me his old Samsung A620. I need to update my icon. The Samsung A620 do have the customizable picture feature so thats good. My only problem with that is I never get to see the pix before I answer the phone, because when I flip it open, it's answered and pic disappears. I know, I know, I can change it so it answers when I press send, but that was getting to confusing for me. I wish the pic showed up on the exterior window of the phone as well.
