Im (and my corp tech guy) are trying to set up my treo so that my email is sent instantly instead of having the treo check every 15min. What am i missing? Can the treo not receive emails instantly? (using microsoft exchange server at work)

In the "schedule" section of the prefrences menu (should be the same spot that you have a 15 min. sync set), choose "push messages to my device." This will fire an SMS to your Treo whenver a new email hits your PC. The SMS will then cause Business Connect to sync with your mailbox.

Yeah the emails look nicer when dealing with them but I much prefer working them in realtime. Just websurf to http://bcee.sprintpcs.com and view your mail in realtime. The software always ticks me off.. I had problems with it on an I330 and my Treo 600. Never have problems going to the site directly. (well... as long as the darn connection is working.) :)

Really!? I think the BC Palm client is quite elegant and intuitive. I've used a few different "desktop redirectors" and haven't found anything as good as BC - especially for the money.

When sending an email with BC, does it still include a tag line at the end of the email?

BC personal works well on the treo 600. IMHO

I think SPCS Business Connection is the best for the money since it doesn't cost anymore over what your charged in your bill. I usually experience a delay of about ten-fifteen minutes when receiving my corporate mail. That's not a big enough delay to make me upset. I just wish it was compatible with viewing jpegs and gifs. That's kind of a problem for me since I receive pictures often.

I use it from home with Outlook. My phone receives an email within 2 minutes of my destop.

I am being charged $5/month for BC.

My only pet peeve is that I cannot cut/copy/paste anything within an email in the Treo BC app. If I use the regular email app to go out and retrieve my mail, the cut/copy/paste etc. features can be used.

Anybody else have this same limitation or is there some setting that I have overlooked?
