Just want to see if anyone else is getting errors when trying to upload or send pics. I can't even seem to log into the Picture Mail site.

I've been trying to access my picture mail accout from the computer for the past 4 months, and have not been able to upload or share pictures from my Samsung A600 phone.
It just says this whenever i try to login:
Your account is locked, please contact Sprint Support.
Any help???

Do you have a picture pack? Have you tried contacting Sprint?

I'm not sure about the Picture Pack. And I haven't tried contacting them yet, because the Sprint service here is very slow. I'll try contacting them and I'll let you know when I do

I get pictures with no pictures once in a while from Los Angeles. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it works, it works. When it doesn't, I get a small square in the middle of the square.
Sprint says that there are no problems with Picture Mail.
Hmmm... sort of like UFO's. Now you see them, now you don't. Maybe they do exist, maybe they don't.

Where in Los Angeles are you located? Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I think it all depends on the strength of the signal, but haven't isolated that down yet.

Well I guess I wasn't being specific.. I'm not exactly in the heart of Los Angeles, but a few miles north in the valley. Whenever I go to Los Angeles though, like anywhere around Union Station and downtown, pictures work fine. Santa Monica and Westwood work fine for me too. I've never had problems trying to do stuff with pictures when my vision is working. As long as I can access vision, I can access my pictures too.

Oh, okay. I'll investigate the problem further. It's strange that sometimes it works, and sometimes, it just doesn't work. The signal isn't 100% full tho, so maybe that's why. In the El Monte area.

I see.. Is it just your pictures that aren't working or vision too? In my house, only 1-2 signal bars show up on the phone I have but I can access vision and pictures fine.
