I have a Delphi SkiFi for XM that I use in the car with an FM Mod and indoors with the first gen Boombox. It works great! I have yet to be in a place where I couldn't get a signal. Usually you have to put the antenna in a window to get a signal. I am in Minnesota and I have to put my antenna in a window that faces south-southeast for it to work well. I bought an extension cable for my antenna off Ebay and everything is great now.

Programming between the two - they have a lot of the same-type stations with some variation. THere are fans and critics of both, so just look at the channel lineups and decide which one suits you better.

I have an XM Roady in my car and an XMPCR running on the computer. My indoor antenna actually just sits on my desk, pointing toward a window and I get great reception. I love it! - sheureka
