i just use the qualcomm purevoice converter. I haven't recieved an email, wasn't sure if you sent it yet

sorry it took so long, i got tied up for a bit. i did 3 versions-
1)Ringers->Dead Ringers->Trunks (thats the full song, over 1 minute)
2)Ringers->Dead Ringers->Trunks 1 (this is the first half)
3)Ringers->Dead Ringers->Trunks 2 (this is the second half)

im afraid i wasnt able to get it very clear, let me know how they work for you

The exact url that you need to use is listed in the first post on the first page. If you make any modifications to that link, then it probably won't work

Well, you not being able to access vision is unrelated to the error with the game. However, i did fix the problem with the asteroids jad file, so just refresh the page and the game will work fine now

whats AAC?

It's a lossy compression format for sound. It's basically Fraunhofer upgrade to MP3. AAC (actually Mpeg 4 Audio) manages to get better sound at lower bitrates than MP3.

The format is currently supported by some new phones, like the MM-7400 and I believe the A700.

you shouldnt need to register it. im not sure exactly what the problem is, but i just tried all 6 of the default links that the prog comes with, and they all worked fine for me

Are all of your animations only a certain size? And can they be possibly increased to 176x220?

The size varies for each file, but i can't change the sizes

Yes, it seems so. I can visit the main site, but when I click any of the links, I get the "Page Unavailable" error which someone posted above. I am using the default web browser on the Samsung SPH-a620 (a.k.a. VGA 1000).

Hey VisionSamaritan, that is pretty nice, thank you for this service! splintercell worked on my phone... well sort of, it downloaded and installed but didnt take up the full screen and only button 5 would work.. so i couldnt move and what not. well for the weather channel it doesnt seem to be a trial.. there was no nag screens or anythign really saying its a trial but i could be mistaken cause i tried it for like 30 secs lol

sorry to disappoint, but ive got lots going on lately, so i dont have much time to offer support. hopefully others familiar with my site can help answer questions. not all games are compatible with all phones, splinter is one of the least compatible. also, and vast majority only take up about half the screen on the QVGA phones. feel free to post questions, and ill get to them as quick as possible, if another forum member wasnt able to post a reply.

Use an uploader or send to your phone number, the site I use to do this is http://pcs.cruz-network.net/index.php#r-send1
scroll down to the bottom of the page to upload ringtones use the left games the right enter your phone number and send the game/ringtone to your phone. Any probs hit me up!

the 8200, i recently found out on this site, has a 128k file size limit. if the weather app you're trying to use is larger than that, you won't be able to download it.

Tripple XXX doesn't load past 1%. Splinter Cell shows up in only the left corner of the Screen, and Street Fighter stops after the 1st round? Am I just selecting all the wrong games?

On another note, I just tried to run the Nascar app that was listed for use under a different phone (I have the 5600), and it froze up. It ran fine a few times earlier in the day, though.

Anyway, now my phone won't even power up. It displays the startup screen, makes no sounds, then just turns off. I've tried leaving the battery out for a few minutes, and that doesn't help.

This phone is only a month old, purchased from a Sprint store. What recourse do I have? I've got Lockline too, but this should be covered under Sprint's warranty, correct?

Any input on this would be appreciated. I suppose I should have started a new thread, but others might be wise to heed my advice: Don't try to run apps designed for other phones on your 5600.

I Can't help you with the weather app. but here's a pretty good site www.srh.noaa.gov/wml/ it's the national weather service mobile site they have radar sat. photo's plus forecasts
