I am trying to find a holster for my 680. I am currently using the case from Sprint but I think the phone looks a lot better not covered up. Plus it is hard to use the headset jack unless you unsnap the case and it is hard to utilize the phones mirror through the plastic cover. I saw a holster on the Sprint website but it doesnt seem to have a swivel. I want something that I can get the phone in my hand from my belt quickly and one that wont scratch up the phone. If anyone has the Sprint holster or any other please give me some info on it.

I would like some information on this as well. Right now it stays in my pocket, but I would prefer a holster. Also, one that hopefully doesn't scratch the phone if possible.

I was in the same boat. The one at the sprint store does swivel, but its too darn long. I don't like it. Was keeping it in my pocket. Then saw the clear holster at Radio Shack for the VI660. It works pretty well. The dimensions are a little different and the notch that snaps into the grove on the top of the phone is a little wider than it should be..but after a little use it wore down and holds the A680 well.

i am hoping they relase a plastic hoster made spicifically for the A680 soon.

This is the clear VI660 holster.

Look at this (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42236) thread; I'm still very happy with the Belkin Clamshell

Okay. Have any of you found a clear holster made for the a680 as of yet? Not a case. Not a pouch. A holster

Also, has anyone found a holster that DOES NOT require you to remove the entire phone to talk on it?

It wouldbe really nice to have a holster, that removable from its clip, that doesn't keep the entire phone, just the bottom part. (geesh, I hope that made sense)

I have the black sprint holster I purchased from the Sprint Store that looks much like the clear one posted above. I only use it in the car to clip to my visor so i'm not sure about how well it works as a belt clip but as far as working in the car, its great.

Yeah a holster that does not cradle the entire phone, but allows the flip to be opened when it the holster.

Me too. A clear one. I haven't been able to find one anywhere, and I don't want to cover it up with a big ass bulky case.

i would like one too i have the holster and the leather case for the phone i use the holster for the visior in my car. i dont like the leather case becuse the phone is to sexy to be covered up . the day i take it out of the leather case i drop the phone and only two stractches where on the phone. I orderd some skinks from that ebay website so maybe that will offer some better protection.

Yea, I am currently using hte Samsung case for it, hubby is using the SPrint case, and while its nice, it makes it hard to hear the ringer and my case ruins the effects of the vibrator. (read - can't feel it on my hip at all)

Okay I picked up the holster for the vi660 and it works fairly well. It doesn't allow you to open the phone. Like alaskanbo the "tongue and grove" latch tongue is a bit wider, but not so much that damage will occur, and it's blocks the headset port. It's not bad for 15 bucks.

Why did you get the VI660 holster and not the VMA680?? Just for the clear plastic???

Sorry to bring this back from the past, but I'm in the same boat. How come no1 got the Samsung holster that Samsung sells for this phone?

How good / bad a fit is the VI660 holster? Will it take the phone with the extended battery?
