View Full Version : Getting Samsung a600 replaced?

My phone was recently stolen in McDonalds. It was a Samsung a600. I bought it at best buy and got the warranty, but the warranty doesnt cover lost or stolen. Sprint recently sent me a replacement a600, and now that phone's lcd screen isnt working. I was wondering if I can take that phone back to best buy and get a replacement phone. Thanks in advance.

did sprint send you the replacement because you had lockline insurance on the phone?
