I have one and love it as well... haven't experienced a moderate amount of dropped calls... but do you ever get this clicking noise on some calls? Like 1 out of every maybe 50-60 calls for me has this consistent clicking/tapping sound. I hang up and call back, everything is fine.

One thing I can recommend is that once your through your 3rd replacement demand to be fit up into a different model. It's sprints policy that they fit you up into a different model compareable to what you have after 3-unsuccessful replacements of a single handset model. If I'm not mistaken they have to fit you up into a brand new different model.
