Have you tried the MIDI version? You might have better luck with that, and if I remember right, the vga1000 plays 'em pretty loud and clear... I gave the QCP and it sounds terrible...

What operating system are you using? If you have WinXP it should have a built-in extractor. Just open it and on the upper left side of the window there should be an option to "Extract all" or something like that.

If you don't have an unzipper go to www.winzip.com and use that.

I dunno.... even the ringtones that CAME with the phone are super quiet. I had a 3588i and the ringtones were deafening. LOL SUPER loud. Oh well.... maybe flipn0tic or someone will know?

Yeah I keep hearing that the 8200 is really quiet (and "tinny" too), but I haven't had the chance to really try it out so I don't know. I can try to up the volume on all the 8200 requests, but only to a point where it doesn't distort on the phone. I really don't know though.

That's odd. You're the second case I've heard of in which that plugin isn't included with Winamp.

Download the plugin here: http://www.southsidefunnies.com/userfiles/flipn0tic/out_disk.dll and save it to "C:\program files\winamp\plug-ins" or wherever your Winamp folder is, then you should be all good.
