Sprint PCS is running a brand new promotion for the holidays. Up until December 31st, refer a friend to Sprint and get $50. Each new subscriber referral will bag you $50 and you are limited to 10 referrals per month until the promotion expires. The Signup a Friend (http://www.sprint.com/signupafriend) page is online but looks like it is still being configured for use.

I'd like to thank SprintUsers forum member Ryder X for providing this great information.

Offer is only for corporate markets. Affiliate numbers appear to be rejected...

I'm not so sure about that. I tried a corporate number and it rejected it, too.

I have tried a few numbers business and consumer it does not recognize them. Maybe it has not officially launched yet.

Can I ask if this counts on a Second line service too? 'cause my bill around $70 and I check and it's only $15.89 now. I'm still checking into it

Hmm, Ryder's able to do it, but nobody else...

Maybe it was being tested in his area?

We don't recognize the PCS Phone Number you have entered. You may have entered your PCS Phone number incorrectly.

It works for me, but it gives me this message once it asks for the referral number:

"When you refer someone, you'll be rewarded with a discount on your monthly PCS Invoice for as long as you and your referral remain PCS customers. Get 5% off with your first referral and an additional discount for each new person up to 10%."

Nothing about $50! :(

did you call CS?

no % ?!!

I haven't called CS, but I was curious to where it was referenced to that you receive $50 for a referral? Also, does the one you refer get something as well? I received an e-mail from Sprint a couple of weeks ago outlining the 5%-10% off monthly service plan discount for referrals, but nothing about $50. Perhaps it has to do with what type of customer you are? I'm an individual-liable business customer.

So no one has gotten this to work so far? This sucks! Why would they advertise something if it doesn't work. Dirty bastages!
