I was informed from the sprint store that they will only have them based upon their inventory of the Treo 300. Just thought I would pass that along....

My dad picked one up two days ago...he had been checking the Sprint PCS store daily, and sure enough, two arrived that day and one of 'em was sold. The store was only going to give him $50 credit because he was a Treo 300 owner, but he called Sprint (from the store) and they bumped it up to $150. NOTE: He was able to *keep* his Treo 300 phone...so it was like a loyalty reward. That old Treo is going to my brother.

I point this out so folks don't buy a $100 Treo 300 on ebay to get $150 to $200 credit because, from my experience, (1) the store might not give you more than $50 and (2) the credit might not apply if Sprint didn't have a record of you activating such a phone...

...and my dad really likes the 600 phone!
