Vision comes in 3 flavors. You want what they call the "pictures pack." You get a smaller download credit, but you get to send all the pictures you want.

If you have a Vision enabled phone but don't have a vision pack in your plan can you still access the web with the phone? If so how do they charge you. It says something about $.01 a KB. what if you dont download anything. how do they charge you? does web browsing come out of your mintues?

Kilobytes pass through your phone whether you download, browse web pages, or read email. As far as charges go, what you are doing is irrelevant, only the amount of data matters.
