Sorry, this is my second attempt, I neglected to include photos the first time around:

Included: Working and Clean ESN Touch Pro, OEM Battery, Charger, Audio adapters (2), and 1100 mAh spare batter with a spare battery charger. I am looking for the OEM headset and CD, but the software can be downloaded from Sprint's website.
Life Timer: 2834 Calls 158 Hours of use
Used/Tested Networks: Used on Sprint Network
Condition: Refurbished Replacement approx 4 months old. 3rd picture may not show it well, but there is a small nic on the side.
