I have 2 line on my account, I use one line and my friend uses the other.
Looking at the direct connect calls detail for the other line there are several long calls (54 min, 46 min, 34 min etc) to my number that I never received.
I am 100% sure about it because in the days and time of the calls I was working (i work in a restaurant so I cannot answer phone calls)
I am not complaining for overcharges because I have unlimited direct connect, but anyway it bothers me a lot thinking that another person is using my line cloned.
Please I need a real answer because I called customer service several times but everyone is giving me a different answer and none of those clarified the problem
