It should be launched in Chicago by year's end, and in order to take advantage of it you will need to get a 4G wireless card (4G phones won't be out til middle-late 2010), which will require a 2-year contract.

The Clear office is down the street from me. Its not opened yet. However, I've peeked inside, and it'll be $52/month for life for 2 of 3 services. Mobile Internet / Home Internet / Home Phone
