The Samsung Mondi is a new stand-alone wimax pda that will run off of Sprint's 3g/4g network. Voice will not be enabled on the pda, so phone capabilities are not available. Windows mobile, touch screen, qwerty keyboard, camera....you get the idea.

Will be available early 1st quarter next year

This is already available through clear.com and best buy.. doesnt need to have service since also has wifi, but it does have mic and speakers for voip calls etc.. check it out... http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9417099&st=samsung+mondi&lp=1&type=product&cp=1&id=1218101781941
