View Full Version : Need a little info from a Sprint Rep...

Could someone "in the know" tell me if Sprint plans on releasing any new direct connect phones (not DCS) in the very near future.

The guy at Radioshack told me they were planning to phase out the whole iDen network and make it a Boost Mobile only thing, but I''m not sure he was right.

My dad wants a new phone w/DC but doesn't like any of the current lineup.

i865, it is Motorola's newest media-centric iden phone. It is the first Nextel slider phone and it will be out VERY soon.

Thanks for your reply, I researched it and Sprint says that it's for the Boost lineup, not Sprint.

Anyone know if any more Direct Connect phones even "NDC"?

There will be both Nextel and boost versions.
