I just activated my Renegade and the first week everything was ok, then I realized they were charging me for text when I had unlimited before. During the"fix", they activated my DC which I dont use. Now my battery does not make it through the day. Asked Sprint to disable, first they cant, then they did but it still is on my phone. How can I get the DC off of my phone?

What plan are you on? If you're on an Everything Messaging or Everything Data (both individual), then you're kinda screwed when it comes to DC. If you're on the family plan variety, or an older plan, it should be an add-on which you should be able to get removed.

I am on an old SERO so it includes everything and the cost is not the problem. I just want it off of my phone so that the battery lasts longer.

Just ask to have it removed. On the DCS phone the features are manually added. Once removed they can delete your dc number. Once deleted do a hard reset. While powered on remove the battery for 30 seconds. When you power back up it should be off the phone menu. I doubt this will help your battey life much. The main issue with the V950 is it takes about 2 weeks to break in the battery.
