On gsm phones you can do like 6 way calling where you can keep adding new calls and spliting and merging and joining and all that stuff. Will sprints 4g support this?

It's not whether "Sprint's 4G will support this", it's whether device manufacturers consider this a priority. Currently, with a data connection, there's no reason you couldn't use VoIP services (like Skype) to hold conference calls.
