It has never been activated.

Its a 1st gen 2gb ipod nano. The screen has some scratches overall its in good condition.

Have one pic... friend is working on a couple of other pics from different angles but he's having a hard time getting them to mail to me. As soon as I get them I'll post them as well. The pics aren't great, I'm sorry, but the phone is new as of yesterday.
Do you know which firmeware is on the phone? 1.03 or 1.04?

Sent you a PM about possibly doing this while I'm on vacation.
I'm going to be heading to my sister's place in VA.

What I'm suggesting is I'll PayPal you the money today, ship the
Lotus to you today, overnight so you'll have it tomorrow morning.
Once you get it you can inspect it and ship the Pro to me tomorrow.
Being in VA shipping should be very quick from NC so it should arrive
to her place by Monday and I can play with it a bit while I'm hanging
out there.

If you agree, just shoot me a PM with your PayPal info and shipping address
and I'll get this out to you today.
