Can't hear calls on my Pre now

My wife called me earlier and she can't hear me on her end. She called a couple of other people to make sure it's not her phone and she could hear them just fine. Had couple of friends try calling me and they couldn't hear me either. Double checked all my settings and everything is fine, dont have it on vibrate from the top either. Called Sprint from another phone and they might have another phone available for me on tuesday......anyone else had this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated

Out of curiosity, what was the solution to the issue?

Yesterday I had my headphones plugged in, the phone was stuck in hradphone mode. I had to plug them in a few times and remove it and the phone went back to.....normal? Lol don't know what to call it. Never had an issue like that. My only concern is this an random issue? Or do I need to get a new phone? Or is it a software issue , that can be fixed in an update?

Funny, this is an old Treo issue - seems they carried the wrong thing over to the new webOS! Did you close the app BEFORE unplugging the headphones? Just make sure you do, quit Pandora or the Music Player, then pull the headphones out. That seems to work better.

I do not remember if I closed the app first. But I will try to do that. Thanks for the tip. This is my first palm/ pda device.

You may have a wonky headphone jack as well. Have you done the interactive tests for audio?

I did and selected I could not hear the audio,test then completed. No pass or fail just says finished. Not sure if I should exchange it.
