I am wishing to have a blackberry pearl or curve, htc windows mobile phone, etc. These phones are being traded on behalf of children. The reason children are getting smart phones is because it was discovered they were viewing inapporpriate material on youtube. I was told the only phones with capability to block some internet but not all are smart phones.

Let me know what you have and I will decide if it is what we wish to trade.

The lotus is in near new condition. It has the box, manual, and charger.

The instinct shows definate wear (scratches are not deep) on the screen but it does not affect the viewing when the backlight is on. It only has the phone, 1 battery, and a charger.

The rant is also in near new condition. My 12 year old daughter is the owner and she barely used it since she was in school all day. It has the box, charger, and manual. The picture shows it with a cover on. I couldn't get the thing off.

If the phones are sold for cash, I would like to get 130 each with shipping included.

I'd check your sources on blocking the internet on smartphones...I'm not sure about the blackberry's but I don't know that you can do that on a win mob phone. Can you just not have data on the plans? Sprint should be able to shut that off so that they can only use phone and texting. I would think on a smartphone, they could use wifi and such to still view youtube...

I heard it from Sprint's tech support. I can't view youtube on a blackberry. It always gives some error if I try through any browser. The tech support person said the reason it can be blocked on a smartphone is for employers trying to limit what employees do on the phone.

I can block internet, but that would make it so I am paying for the everything family share for only one phone to use the internet. It seems kind of a waste since when I block internet they can't use the tv or navigation.

I would prefer to trade one out of the three so I have spares in case a phone on my account breaks. I put all three up so there would be variety. I may consider 2 out of three. I have to think about it.

Here are the pics you asked for. The rant looks like it has scratches but it is the original screen protector that is still on it. That is what is scratched, not the screen. The pics make it look like the lotus has a scratch too. I just went and looked at it because I was sure it didn't have scratches and there were none that I could see.

Yes, I can go lower on the rant because I did a closer inpsection on it and there are a few marks on it. They are hard to notice for me unless I look for them.

I am sorry I have not replied promptly like I should. A week or so after I posted, I got really busy. The rant sold locally at an authorized dealer's store. My kid wants the lotus since we now know that there is no way to block utube except if we block the internet.
