I'm currently on my third Xohm modem. The first one had the ethernet ports take a dump on me. Luckily it was within a week of my purchase so I was able to return it at the store. The second one lasted a little longer but stopped receiving signal. I had to wait about a week to receive a replacement in the mail. I was charged full price for a replacement and was told I would have the money refunded when Xohm received my defective modem back. I shipped the modem back with a FedEx tracking number and never received the credit back to my card. I waited about 10 days and finally called Customer Service to see what was up. The rep then tells me I have to wait 1-2 billing cycles to receive the credit with no explanation why. The supervisor comes on and basically has no idea why it takes so long. Apparently they have no way to manually refund my card.
Sorry for the rant but I've had Xohm service for less than 3 months, gone through 3 modems and have had nothing but sub-par internet service and terrible customer service.
Anybody have similar issues or am I the only one?
