I was able to walk into a Sprint store after work today and walk out with a Pre in less than 15 minutes (charged to my bill).

Of course it was the next to last Pre they had in stock until Tuesday at the earliest so it was all Pre goodness for me!

I lucked out too im on vacation in PuertoRico and walked into Radio Shack... It had a instant rebate and no tax :) they only received for and I was the only person who even asked for it LOL turns out sprints not to hot in these parts its mainly 90% Tmobile here....SCORE ONE FOR ME :)
