INSTINCT & Texting

i am not so savy with this phone.....happens to freeze alot (the screen does and the buttons dont work) so i have to take battery out then restart phone..its a pain....also when i am on a webpage and i touch screen it zooms in and out ...brought to sprint store and they said phone is fine...i am not so happy with this instinct but have another 14 months left on contract.....my wife has a palm and her phone has settings whereby if she is texting words the phone automatically picks up what word she is typing wondering if instinct has this capability...also any other tricks for instinct i might have missed...thanks alot:confused:

Yeah that's T9 and sorry to say the Instinct doesn't have that feature.. If you're within the 30 days of your contract, you can exchange for another device..
