I currently have a Q9C and am going on my 3rd replacement in 4 months. What are the chances that retentions will give me a deal on switching to a palm pro because of the crap that I have gone threw and am currently going threw. I got a replacement phone Thursday and it was broke right out of the box. I am not looking for free but dont want to pay $200-300 either. Is the pro even worth switching to?

You're better off with the Pro, WM Standard and Professional are like night and day. And yes you can definitely work out a deal with them.

what kind of deal you think I can get. I still have like 9 months left on my contract but I have had to call sprint like 2-3 times a week for the past month and very frustrated. Any chance they will give it free?

I've never done retention upgrades on the contract period, but I can tell you it's not likely they'll give you a free phone either way.

Just make it known that you don't want another Q9C and tell them you want a different phone. Account Services does thing's like this often, that's what they are there for

Well so far after multiple attempts via calling in, emailing and echat all that I have been told or offered is $199 for the Pro and they are holding firm on that or they are offering a Samsung Ace as a replacement. Neither are very good in my opinion. If I were a new customer signing up I could get the Pro for $199. So this adds to the frustration that I already have.
