I want to upgrade to a new phone but I dont want to have to fill out a mail in rebate form... I want the discount to be automatically applied. I know of some cases where this happens i just dont know how to do it.
The phone i want is $199.99 with a mail in rebate of $100 making the cost $99.99 ... well i cant afford to pay $199.99 up front. How can I get the price to be just the $99.99 without having to do the mail in rebate?
Is there a certain number i can call where they will be generous and what me to buy so they will give it to me?

I buy all my phones at best buy. They have better deals, will apply your sprint credit, and generally have instant rebates.

Tell them you're out of contract and what's keeping you from renewing is the phone price.
You might as well also say that "Verizon (or TMO or AT&T) has it for free, can you match that?" That is if the phone is offered by another carrier

Best Buy has no mail in rebates, but that was 2 weeks ago. All their Sprint phones had instant discounts.

I second the Best Buy answer...although they may not carry the full line of Sprint phones. Also Radio Shack has taken care of rebates for me and carry many Sprint phones.
