Got the code to work for the main line but the rep keeps asking me the code for the second line to share. I have given him the obvious ones FC1*36A# you know the rest but he says doesnt work.. Need help ASAP

Did you try the PAD* code?

Did you try the PAD* code?yes and he said that it didnt work. I even told him zero intead of O. Now we lost connection and I hope my plan isnt all messed up.

This just sucks. Was the first rep in three weeks willing to do it for me to.

Okay I give up had two reps actually help me with this today through echat and were on the phone with me for and hour each. I can get code FC1#3$ on the main line but when they try codes AA&1, FC12%$A1 and PAD0$1 none of them would work. What code or who do I call to get these codes to work?

Reps are having a lot of trouble with these because the Free and Clear plans are being removed slowly but surely from the system. I take that it was one of the least profitable plan setups.
It does not even show up in most of the internal Sprint plan listings.
You will have the best bets, if even any luck with the a1, a2, etc plans for the AAPs.

Seems like if you want additional lines on a Free & Clear plan you should add them before it is too late. Otherwise, you may not be able to add additional lines in the future - similar to the problems those with the Power Pack plans experienced.

Just for kicks I called a number that Hybrid gave me at SG and I believe it was for retentions or AS cause I just wanted to get clarification on which code would work for the second line. I told him that echat could add the main line code FC1#36 but the codes I gave for the second line to share wouldn't take.
He said let me take a look. He came back and said I see what the problem is and said only a supervisor could add the second line code. He told me to hold so he could talk with his supervisor. He came back and said yes we can do that for you,but it would not take effect until May 1st on your new billing cycle. I then said okay no problem. I asked since the plan doesn't include M2M and Americas roaming if he could add it. He said let me ask. Came back and said no problem.
So I really wont know what is what until May and hopefully all my add ons carry over which he said they would.
Is there any way I can call or echat to ask to see what plan takes over in May?
The only thing I will need is free power vision for my wifes line and hopefully I can just have them mirror my free picmail and 1000 texts from my BB line.
And then I should me all set.

Ok, so now that i am back for a little while I will go ahead and apologize about the PAD codes that do not correctly work with the Free & Clear 1000 Family plan. They were able to be added to my account and make each add a line free but none of them shared minutes with the main line.
So long story short I had to get credited for huge amounts of overages and my plan was changed to the way it should correctly be. Now the first line is $50, second line is $0, lines 3-6 are now $10 each with a $10 credit applied to each because of the error.
I will call within the next week to get the plan codes that are currently being used on my account and that way I can share them with you all. My usage online now shows that each line is sharing from the allotment of 1000 minutes where as before all sub lines were not sharing the 1000 minutes and were instead charged overages for anything used after the individual bonus minutes per line. Keep in mind that this is for outgoing minutes only as each line has unlimited incoming minutes.
For those that are running into a situation similar to mine, just call *2, enter your number (if asked), then press 3, then 5. This will direct you to Account Services and they will know how to correct your plan as they did mine and should credit you for any overages that you may have accumulated due to the wrong add a line codes being put onto your account.

Hey Curve,
Could you post a screen shot of the usage page of one of the AAP lines that is now sharing the minutes correctly? Also, were you able to get the correct plan codes?

So just to try and help out, is it possible to see what the AAP code is from the source view in Firefox?
