So i figured id tap out a few lines and share the story that happened to me.....

first things first, my motoQ was dying... i think it was an issue with the charging port, as when i plug it in, sometimes it would register, sometimes not, and when it did, sometimes it would charge, sometimes id wake up with a phone off and dead battery....

so i figured id shop around for new carriers as well since buying used phones when mine break has left me with 3 phones with absolutely no contract (in other words, the grip on my balls sprint has, had gotten looser... lol). Come to find out that for my needs, the plan i have was the best and cheapest, so i figured id look for a new phone and just say screw it and stay with sprint.

I start looking for phones, and although i still like the look of the instinct, the PDA style of the Q had me hooked, plus the instinct is not available unless u get a simply everything plan, so thats outta the question.... next step... blackberry curve... smaller than my Q by enough that my thumbs notice the keyboard is a bit smaller, also i liked the feel of the keys on the Q better, but out of all the qwerty phones, the curve felt the best, so i decided that was at the top of my list. not to mention the guy at the sprint store told me that the BB pack ($30) was cheaper than the unlimited text ($20) and power vision plan ($15) im paying for now, so im like, new phone, cheaper rate..... whut? so im like cool, and left to "sleep on it".

The next day i was looking again online and saw the web was offering free shipping and free activation and if i got it thru the store id have to pay $18, so i was like **** it, click... got it the next day, tried to activate via the web and failed miserably, so i get online to chat with someone about it, they hook me up just fine, then i go back into my account and try to remove the data/text plan and replace with bb pack and its not there.... click again to chat with someone, she tells me its not available and the blackberry has to be on its own unlimited plan like the instinct... ***? well i call the guy i spoke to at the store, he says he can put it on for me and just to come down there, meanwhile the chick im chatting with tells me she can get me the pack i want for $25 for the first month and 30 after that, so im like... bonus.... you are my hero...

I didnt ***** or cuss at her or anything, just told her i was disappointed and id have to send the phone back because i wasnt leaving my fair&flex plan, she took it upon herself to help me out which in my dealings, is not characteristic of sprint.
