I just got a Sanyo 9000 with ESPN MVP housing. Unfortunately, the earpiece does not work. The speakerphone works though. Where, if at all, can I have it repaired?

The Sanyo MM-9000 is irreplaceable. You may need to find some spare parts.

Take it to the Sprint store- did you buy the phone with the case already swapped?
BTW, the MM9000 is irreplaceable by insurance- Asurion will most likely give you an M1 (assuming you have insurance), but the phone should still be able to be repaired.

Issue has been resolved. I was actually the one who sold her the 9000/MVP. I ripped out the guts of a spare 9000 I had, put them into another MVP housing, and then mailed it off to the OP.

I just made an insurance claim on a Sanyo MM-9000 I lost. I got a Sanyo Katana Eclipse X (new in box) as a replacement.

I received another Sanyo MVP which is working perfectly. I wouldn't have wanted a different type of phone through insurance. I don't even have insurance on the phone I have now.
