I'm going to be picking up the Mogul in about a week as my new phone and I need to know all the programs, updates, etc. I should get for it since I know next to nothing about this phone. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.
Also please add any tips or anything that you might have in reference to this phone. And does it have built in GPS and can I use it with GoogleMaps?

Not sure I should redirect traffic to another site, but if you want device tips, you should try ppcgeeks.

Your Mogul has AGPS which works with any app and EVDO rev A if it has the most up to date Sprint ROM. You would not believe what they can do with custom ROMs...
