My wife and I have been Sprint customers since 1999. I recently renewed my contract and wonder whether or not I could have done better than the deal I just received (or think I received).

After going back and forth for 2 weeks with E-care and getting nowhere, I called to inquire about having my account canceled. The person I spoke with was very helpful and asked why I was canceling. I explained my frustration and she said I had impeccable history with Sprint and did not understand why E-care was unwilling to do anything for me. She ended up giving me a good deal, or so I thought.

This is what she offered:
-TWO BB Pearls FREE
-one year contract (rather than the standard two)
-Nights and Weekends starting at 6 pm FREE
-129.99 Everything Data Family Plan 1500 Min (the standard plan).

HOWEVER, after looking at my account online today, I was billed $430+ for the phones, Nights and Weekends start at 7 PM and I am under a TWO year contract. These are the typical problems I have had with Customer Service in the past and a big reason I have wanted to leave Sprint.

Sooooo, when I call back to "try" to get this corrected, I wonder if there are other things I can ask for and appreciate any suggestions.

I have seen someone get N&W's starting at 5pm and wonder if that is still possible. I have no discounts on my account and was told Sprint no longer offers discounts (other than employee, etc.) or monthly credits.

I wish I had stumbled upon this website prior to contacting Sprint.

Thanks in advance!!!
