Ok so I've always had a discount on my account from sprint that they called a BAN discount, I dont have great service in my home area so they offered me 20% off my bill every month. I submitted a network ticket and they sent service techs to my area and tested and found the service was not good. So the 20% off everyone was offered to stay with the company because the service works fine 5 mins down the road, so to make a long story short I had this discount for about 6 years, now last month I added my employer discount when doing this I was told it would not mess up my other discount and I would have both because one was a BAN discount and the other was an employee discount. Well this month my bill came and my BAN discount is gone, I called and there now saying I can only have 1 discount on my entire account, is this true? Does anyone else have more than 1 discount stacked on there account? And how would I get them to add it back again? plus leaving my employee discount on there.

Ok, yes, it appears to be the norm that every since the billing system was changed, Sprint has built it into the system - one discount per account. That is not to say that given a good enough reason this can't be worked around. Based on your explanation I'd try to have a workaround applied.

If I were you, I'd send an e mail to ecare and explain the situation. That being done, I'd request that they mathematically reduce the BAN discount to a dollar amount and do the same for your corp. discount, add those two dollar amounts together and apply them as a single monthly recurring service credit on your account. Result = 1 discount. :tu:

thanks for everyones help! how exactly do i email ecare? yea i dont see why i wouldnt be entitled for my ban discount, im still suffering with no service in my home area, just because my employer gives me a discount that shouldnt have anything to do with it!! i guess it all depends on which rep is helping us when we call or contact sprint. So you guys are saying my best bet in getting the discount added back on my account is by email ecare? if thats the case how do i email them, ive only contacted sprint via echat and on the phone, thanks again
